Bodywork–Bodywork is a term used in complementary and integrative medicine (CIM)to describe any therapeutic, healing or personal self-development practice which may include massage, touch, movement or energetic work. One form of bodywork is massage therapy and the terms massage therapy and bodywork are frequently used interchangeably. However, while bodywork includes all forms of massage therapy, it also includes many other types of touch and incorporates many other skills and techniques to enhance awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection.
